The Salt & Light Council(tm) serves as the flagship ministry, which includes initiatives such as PastorTownHall.com(tm) and Biblical Voter.com(tm). Public-SchoolExit.com(tm) focuses on empowering parents and communities to withdraw from government-controlled education and to reimagine America's future through a biblical worldview.

Dran is fully committed to advancing the name of Jesus Christ in the public sphere, particularly in government and civic life. She is a nationally recognized speaker, addressing the vital role of biblical citizenship and the responsibilities of individuals in upholding faith-based principles in society.

Having been married for 34 years, Dran is a mother of three and grandmother to two. She earned a four-year scholarship to the University of Southern California (USC) in Business Marketing and is a former product inventor who founded and sold the company Ready America. Her signature product, QuakeHold!, was named one of the Top 100 Products of the Millennium by the Los Angeles Times. Dran's entrepreneurial success is also featured in the book Women Invent, which highlights her achievements in product innovation.

In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Dran is also one of the core four of the Remnant Alliance, alongside Rick Green of Patriot Academy, Pastor Paul Blair of Liberty Pastors, and Steve Maxwell, Founder of Citizens Defending Freedom.
