Lonnie Poindexter has over 25 years of successful management, sales and marketing experience, having worked with Silicon Valley startups and tech sector industry leaders in California. Today as a Washington, DC Correspondent, he covers current events in the nation’s capitol concerning public policy and the faith based community. Lonnie hosted a national Christian Political radio show called Lion Chasers. The show broadcasted on Urban Family Communications which was a ministry outreach of American Family Radio http://afr.net one of the largest Christian radio networks in the nation.

Lonnie was also a cohost on GLC TV’s Light of the Southwest Show a national television program on God’s Learning Channel in Odessa/Midland Texas. https://glc.us.com
Lonnie’s work in Christian media has afforded him the honor and privilege to travel and speak natIonally and internationally in places like Jamaica, Israel and South Korea.


Lonnie’s passion is the sanctity of life and fighting for the unborn. He collaborates with the nation’s foremost pro-life organizations in America.

Lonnie is the founder and president of the Lion Chasers Network (LCN), an association of faith-based organizations and activist clergy mobilized to speak on issues of the day that negatively impact our nation. The Lion Chasers Network addresses the intersection of faith and public policy in America. LCN’s position is, there is no line of demarcation between morality and governance.

The Lion Chasers Network champions uncommon men and women of faith who are not afraid to speak truth to power in matters of faith and public policy. The mission: To return our nation to a moral and free society.

As an executive level decision maker Lonnie utilizes his business IQ honed in the private sector to build brand and leverage strategic partnering relationships with peer entities within public policy and philanthropy in Washington, DC and throughout the nation helping nonprofits develop their brand, core message, go to market strategy, and value proposition. His clients included faith-based organizations, 501c3’s and churches.

Lonnie’s professional technical career afforded him the unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the technology revolution working with some of the industry’s most recognizable companies. While in their employ he was exposed to, and formally trained in Corporate America’s best business practices, policies and procedures for commerce, ecommerce, information security and technology disciplines. Today, applying that knowledge base to the philanthropy arena in ministry is at the core of his motivation; to be used to extend God’s kingdom and the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Lonnie works in the area of non-profit client relationship management, radio and television commentary, and program management.
