Dr. Victor Morgan is a dynamic preacher and teacher, with a unique ability to bring forth profound revelation knowledge from the Word of God. In 1973, Dr. Morgan’s life was drastically transformed at the age of seventeen by the power of God under the ministry of the late Bishop C.D. Kinsey in Jacksonville, Florida. He was installed in ministry under the oversight of Bishop Kinsey, which proved to be a tremendous blessing in the fulfillment of God’s destiny for his life.

Dr. Morgan graduated from Edward Waters College with Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration in 1978. He went on to receive his Master of Divinity degree in 1981 from Interdenominational Theological Center located in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Morgan received a Doctorate of Theology degree from Zoe University in Jacksonville, Florida.
 

He has served as a full-time Chaplin in the prison system of the state of Florida and was a regular host of TBN’s, “Praise the Lord” television program, which originated in Canton, Ohio, with wife Paula Morgan. He and his family returned to the state of Florida after pastoring of an exciting and innovative church in Alliance, Ohio. Currently, Dr. Morgan is the founder and pastor of Victorious Living Fellowship Church in Orlando, Florida with his wife, First Lady Paula Morgan who serves as co-pastor. In addition to pastoring, Dr. Victor, and First Lady Paula Morgan travel throughout the states and abroad preaching the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ.
